We recommend deleting the profile you had set up for the student initially (as the home profile usually has more reading history on it). Unfortunately, we don't yet offer a way to merge the two profiles. Note: If you already have a profile for a student making the connection request in your Epic! classroom, there will now be two profiles for that student in your class list. Once you approve the request, it will add the student's home profile to your class list (you will see all of their reading history that they did on their home account.) You can assign books and quizzes to the student, which they will see on their profile in their home account. At the top of your student profiles, you will see the connect request waiting for your approvalĬonnected profiles with have a small green chain link icon on their avatars. Click your teacher avatar to access your teacher dashboard To approve (or deny) the pending request, please log into your educator account. You will receive an email letting you know there is a connect request pending.
